Disclamer :

1. If no show or unreachable on agreed pick up date, you forfeit the cake and the payment will NOT be refunded.

2. We are not responsible for any damage to our product after pick up is completed.

3. Payment is NOT refundable after order is confirmed.

4. We reserve the right to cancel the order if

   • Deposit or payment is not made

   • We can't reach you

   • Unable to arrange the pick up

   • Requirements are beyond available options

5. Our products or ingredients may contain milk, wheat, nuts, soy, or other allergens. You are responsible to notify your guest of the product about allergy concerns.

6. Please let us know if there is any concern or issue about our product upon pick up. No return or refund after pick up.

7. We reserve the right to take photograph of our product for display, advertisement, and/or promotion purpose without compensation.

8. Deposit or payment will be refunded in full if your order cannot be fulfilled due to unexpected causes, including but not limited to accidents, illness, power outages, and ingredients availability.
