How to Order

About order:

1. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks prior to the pick up date for preparation.

2. We will respond if the order can be fulfilled within 2 to 3 business days.

3. Please share us the details about the requirements (amount, outlook, flavor, size...etc) for a quote.

4. Any photo provided are for reference purpose only. We can not offer exactly the same design unless it is previously designed by us.

5. A non-refundable design fee $30 is required once a draft design is requested. It will be deducted from the total cost of the final payment.

6. A deposit of 50% total is required upon order confirmed. For weddings or other large events, please order at least 30 days prior to the event. All deposits are non-refundable if you cancel less than a week to the pick up date regardless the reason.

About pick up:

1. Please allow self pick up only.

2. Pick up location is North San Jose (95132).

3. We will contact you 2 to 3 days prior for pick up details.

4. Please contact us for any change upon pick up at least 24 hours before the agreed time of the date.

5. Please wear mask during the cake pick up.
